Obituary for Barbara J. Fitzgerald
Billerica – Barbara J. Fitzgerald – Age 76, wife of the late William M. Fitzgerald Jr. died Monday at the Sawtelle Hospice House in Reading.
She was born in Cambridge, November 16, 1941, a daughter of the late John and Stella (Kon) Chetkas and was raised in Cambridge and moved to Billerica 49 years ago.
Mrs. Fitzgerald worked as a Receiving Clerk at J.C. Penney prior to her retirement.
She is survived by her son, Kevin Fitzgerald of Natick; her daughter, Susan Rogers and her husband Dave of Billerica; her sister, Ruth Delmonico of Stow and her grandchildren, David Rogers III and Melissa Rogers.

(Chetkas) Fitzgerald, Funeral Friday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 4-7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Sawtelle Hospice House, c/o Lahey Philanthropy, 41 Mall Rd., Burlington, MA 01805.
