Obituary for Barbara A. McDonough-Williamson
Barbara A. McDonough-Williamson – Age 69, beloved wife of Paul T. Williamson died Wednesday at the Lahey Hospital with her family at her side.
She was born in Waltham, February 12, 1952, a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Morley) McDonough and was raised in Waltham, before moving to Cambridge and then Billerica.
Barbara was employed by Oracle in the Quality Control Department and after retirement was a loving Nana to Christiaan and Aariana.
Besides her husband, Barbara is survived by her son, Thomas Williamson of Billerica; her daughters, Shawna Williamson of NC, Lisa Silva of Woburn and Cynthia McCormick of IN; her brothers, Joe McDonough of CT, John McDonough of Brookline and Gerry McDonough of Cambridge; her sister, Sandra Buck of England and her six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 26. at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Barbara’s name to Mass General Hospital, giving.massgeneral.org
