Obituary for Ann M. Wilcox

Ann M. Wilcox – Age 82, died peacefully at her home in Dracut on Monday, October 16, surrounded by her family.


She was born in Cambridge, January 10, 1941, a daughter of the late William and Irene (Hurley) Toomey and was raised in Cambridge and lived in Billerica and Lowell before moving to Dracut four years ago.


Ann was a former Teacher and later worked for the Digital Equipment Corporation before her retirement.


She is survived by her daughters, Kathy Wilcox and her wife Rochelle Wilcox of Dracut and Caitlin Terzonie and her husband John of Billerica; her son, Brendan Wilcox and his partner, Marsha Guiffre of Nashua, NH and her grandchildren, Shannon, Kaleigh and Connor.


A visitation will be held Wednesday at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 8:30-9:30 a.m.  A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Andrew Church, Talbot Ave., Billerica at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Ann’s name to the Joslin Diabetes Center, www.joslin.org Her burial will take place at the Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
