Andrew M. Sousa Jr. – age 73, died Thursday, February 26 at the Lowell General Hospital after a period of declining health.
He was born in Lowell, September 22, 1952, a son of the late Andrew M. and Effie A. (Polites) Sousa and lived in Billerica all of his life.
For many years, Andrew was employed in the Billerica Water Department prior to his retirement.
He is survived by his brother, Chip Sousa of Nashua, NH; his deceased brother, Christopher Sousa and his wife Mary Sousa of Nashua and his dear friends, Lisa Schultz and Steve Morris.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 21 at the Westlawn Cemetery, 215 Boston Rd., Lowell at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Andrew’s name to the MSPCA, www.mspca.org
