Aline Curran - of Billerica, Massachusetts, died Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston following a brief period of declining health. She was 63.
Born in Waltham, she was the daughter of Arthur LeBlanc and the late Corinne LeBlanc (Caissie) of Grand Barachous, NB. After graduating from Waltham High School, Aline spent most of her career working for Hewlett Packard and Agilent technologies in both Waltham and Andover managing service contracts.
Aline enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling to North Conway, or taking an occasional cruise or trip to Disney. She was also just as happy being home with her husband Tom and beloved cats. Aline was very close with her nieces and nephews, and was like a second mother. They wish they had more time with her, but are grateful to have so many wonderful memories of their Auntie Aline.
Aline was a kind and caring person who dedicated many years of her life caring for her elderly parents in both Canada and Billerica. Aline’s caring nature created many meaningful relationships with residents and staff at Petit bon Soins. She loved going to Canada and cherished each and every beautiful sunset on Cap Bimet.
Her memory will be cherished by her loving family; her husband of 33 years, Thomas Curran; her siblings: Donald LeBlanc and his wife Donna, Norman LeBlanc and his wife Kathie, Paul LeBlanc, and Phyllis Clarke and her husband Bill; her nieces and nephews: Danielle, Nicole, Lauren, Cara, Ashley, Kyle and Evan; her great nieces and nephews: Arianna, Emma, Will, Drew, Zoey, Olivia, Jack and Grace.
She was loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her family finds comfort knowing Aline is watching over them alongside her mother, Corinne.
Aline's family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Tufts Medical Center for the excellent care and compassion given during an extremely difficult time.
A Funeral Mass will be held for Aline on Saturday, January 20th at the St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. A celebration of life will follow at the Establishment Restaurant, 75 Princeton St, North Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
