Obituary for Alice G. Rich
Alice G. (Holmes) Rich, age 79, beloved wife of the late Edward T. Rich died Saturday at Sunny Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Chelmsford. She was born in Boston, July 9, 1935 a daughter of the late Arnold and Nina (Nickerson) Holmes and was a lifelong Billerica resident. Mrs. Rich was an Administrative Assistant at the Mitre Corp. in Bedford for many years and was a former member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed most of her time at her church and spending it with her family. She is survived by two daughters, Susan Jankowski and her husband Edward of Billerica and Mona Barck and her husband Peter of Bedford; two sons, Dwane Rich and his wife Kathleen and Craig Rich and his wife Cynthia all of Billerica; one brother Arnold Holmes of Las Vegas and nine grandchildren, Derek, Edward Jr., Brett, Kayla, Craig Jr., Andrew, Connor, Joshua and Cameron. She was the sister of the late Mona Ramsdell. RICH – Of Billerica, Mar. 7, Alice G. Rich. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday in the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the New Colony Baptist Church, 30 River St., Billerica, MA 01821. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Westford.
