Obituary for Albert W. Hart Sr.
BILLERICA - Albert W. Hart Sr., age 91, husband of Muriel (Boutwell) Hart died Friday at Saints Medical Center after a brief illness.
He was born in Boston, October 15, 1919 a son of the late Leander and Mabel (Ahlgren) Hart and was a longtime Tewksbury resident before moving to Billerica seven years ago.
Mr. Hart served in the US Army during WW II, was a mechanic for Bonnell Ford in Woburn for many years and was a member of the Wm. F. Eggo VFW Post #2597 in Billerica. He was a longtime member of the Tewksbury United Methodist Church. Al loved camping & fishing with his family in NH & Maine. He also enjoyed making his wooden ducks.

Besides his wife he is survived by one son Albert Hart Jr. and his wife Maureen of Billerica; one daughter, Carol Belben and her husband Robert of Billerica as well as nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was also the father of the late Nancy Hart and brother of the late John and Edward Hart and Beatrice Griffin.

Hart Sr. Visiting hours will be held Monday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4 - 7 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday in the Tewksbury United Methodist Church, 2335 Main St. Tewksbury, MA at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to New England Center for Homeless Veterans, 17 Court ST., 9th floor, Boston, MA 02108 Attn: Michael Grace. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
