Agnes A. LaRosa, age 81, wife of the late Anthony G. LaRosa died peacefully Friday, October 28 at Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossing.
She was born in Somerville, May 24, 1941, a daughter of the late Philip and Mary (Vaiani) Venuti and was raised in the North End of Boston having moved to Billerica in 1967.
Agnes was employed as a Secretary at the Billerica Memorial High School for over 30 years prior to her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Theresa Church in Billerica.
She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Couvee and her husband Paul of Bedford and their daughter, Mary Couvee. She is also survived by her dear cousin Julie Viscione and her dear friend Sue Lucacio, both of Billerica, whom she considered to be her sisters.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4-7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Agnes’s name to the _Billerica Scholarship Foundation, Town Hall - Treasurer's Department,365 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01821 or to St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica, MA 01821..
